Taking a Tier 1 application into the agentic era is not a single project. It is a program that has to balance quick wins against long-term strategy, ambition against a very low tolerance for failure, and speed against the trust of the people who depend on the system.

The organizations that get the most from AI won't necessarily be the ones with the biggest budgets or the newest tools. They'll be the ones who started with clarity: a vision, a charter, and a clear view of the business capabilities they want to strengthen.

Generative AI doesn’t just accelerate developers. it reprices software. the economics principles will force us to revisit how we build software. I predict : Coordination overhead will shrink or transform. Reuse will shift. Verification and operations will become core competencies. The set of solvable problems expands dramatically.**
